(wet)qin.dom brings together a selection of works from an extensive series that began to take shape in mid-2020. It was shown in part at Good Naked gallery (Brooklyn) within the VISION QUEST exhibition alongside Corey Ruecker and in 2021 won the Reclaim Award to be shown on the streets of Cologne, Germany.
The spontaneity of a wet technique builds its bridges towards the impulses that, in turn, connect the gestures of the tools with the unconscious. Sensations, memories, internal states emerge to be captured on pieces of paper that follow one another like frames taken from a Tarkovskyan film.
